1.QUALITY PARAMETERS :
All brass/copper items are made from virgin metal as far as possible to avoid losing the luster and turning into blackish colour during 5 to 7 years period when it is preserved as a show piece.

2. PACKING SPECIFICATIONS :

2.1 Brass/Copper Items:
All items shall be first placed in a transparent secure Polythene bag and then separately packed (Items having more than 6" size) in cardboard cartons (suitable for its size) stuffed with paper cutting. Subsequently, each carton to be again stacked in a master card board carton to be wrapped by gunny covering and fastened by steel strip for suitable handling and avoid damage during transportation from India to the destination country.

2.2 Gemstone Pictures :
All Gemstone pictures/boxes shall be placed in thermocol sheets (suitable for its size to avoid damage in transit) to be covered by Polythene packet and subsequently placed in separately Card-board cartons. Subsequently, each  carton will be again stacked in master card board carton to be wrapped by gunny covering and fastened by steel strip for suitable handling and avoid damage during transportation from India to the destination country.

2.3 Jewellery :
All types of jewellery shall be securily packed in separate boxes. Subsequently each boxes will be stacked in master card board carton to be wrapped by gunny covering and fastened by steel strip for suitable handling and avoid damage during transportation from India to the destination Country.

2.4 Marble :
All marble articles shall be secured packed for suitable handling and avoid damage during transportation from India to the destination Country

2.5 Textiles :
All Textiles material shall be (suitable for its size to avoid damage in transit) covered by Polythene packet and subsequently placed in separately Card-board cartons. Subsequently, each  carton will be again stacked in master card board carton to be wrapped by gunny covering and fastened by steel/polyethrene strip for suitable handling and avoid damage during transportation from India to the destination country.

3. BASIS OF PRICE:
All prices are based on FOB JAIPUR and Insurance and Transportation charges shall be borne by the buyer on actuals.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES:
For estimated shipping costs, please email your selection and destination port. Please remember that shipping costs per cft/kg. is considerably lower for larger consignments.

5. CUSTOM MADE:
We also undertake to create custom made design as per the specifications of the client in any of our product range.

6. Terms of Payment :
Confirm orders to be accompanied by any one of following mode of payments :

6.1 Letter of Credit:
A confirmed, irrevocable, without recourse Letter of Credit for 100% of the value of material to be established through any reputed bank and to be forwarded to us through following bank:

The Letter of Credit should remain valid for 100 days from the date of establishment (in order to get 90 clear days from the date of receipt L/C by us) and include clauses related to partial shipment, transferability and assignability and intimation should be sent to our bankers over Telex/Fax and as well as to us over E-mail so that we may adjudge the suitability of the clauses for technically/commercially clear order.

6.2 Alternatively :
The payments are to be made by Demand Draft drawn in favour of PINK CITY ART DE’EFFECTS payable at Jaipur covering the 100% value of the ordered material.

7. Pre-despatch Inspection :
We take adequate care to ensure that the finished products offered by us meet our strict quality control norms. The items do not loose its sheen, luster for a comparative longer period and the etching/engraving, colour etc. maintained/remain their original form. However, minor variations may occur as these are hand made items by the expert artisans of India.

However, in case the buyer intends to carry out any pre-despatch inspection through your Indian agency, you are welcome to carry out the pre-despatch inspection. In such an event, please intimate name, address and contact phone number of your inspection agency so that adequate notice may be given to them well-in-advance to carry out their inspection prior to despatch.
